Last week we had our end of trimester party.  At the party we eat together (potluck style, lots of fun Nepali dishes), watch some dances and celebrate the accomplishments of the students from the past trimester.  It is a great time for the community to come together!

Nashville Weekend...

I had the chance to go down to Nashville this past weekend and see some of my favorite people.  My friend Kathryn just had her baby, and I have two other friends who are due this summer.  This could be known as the baby trip. 

Amira was born on St.Patrick's day and her name means princess in Arabic.  Too cute!

spring!!!

Spring finally decided to come to Kansas City!  We spent some time this afternoon planting flowers.

2 weeks left...

I feel like this trimester just kicked off yesterday....the crazy part is we only have 2 weeks of Kids' Club left until break! Now would be a great time to come down to KCK and check out what happens on a Tuesday night. If you can't make it down on a Tuesday our party is coming up on Sunday April 17th. We would love to see you there!
